Let's Start, Happy Reading...

At TJ Industries – Precision in Motion

The day began with sharp efficiency at TJ Industries, one of the fastest-growing names in the Indian automobile manufacturing sector. The hum of machinery, the rhythmic footsteps of engineers, and the flurry of activity on the production floors echoed the energy of a company moving full throttle.

As Teju and TP arrived at the corporate headquarters, the scene was already buzzing. The gleaming glass facade reflected the ambition inside — innovation, engineering, and leadership in motion.

At the entrance, TP's Personal Assistant stood waiting with a clipboard in hand, while Vidhi, Teju's manager, stepped forward with her tablet displaying the day's dashboard.

PA: "Good morning, Sir. Good morning, Ma'am."

Vidhi: "Good morning, Sir. Good morning, TJ."

TP and Teju smiled and greeted them in return with a warm yet composed tone.

TP: "Good morning"

Teju: "Good morning, Vidhi. Big day — let's stay sharp."

With nods exchanged, the group stepped into the executive elevator. Inside, the atmosphere was focused. Discussions began immediately — the status of the new electric vehicle prototype, timelines for vendor coordination, and preparations for the 2 PM review meeting with the production unit heads.

TP: "Ensure all reports are synced with the new testing data. I don't want any gaps during the review."

Vidhi: "Already done, sir. QA signed off last night. We're ready."

As the lift ascended, so did the sense of purpose. In an industry driven by speed, precision, and strategy, every minute counted and at TJ Industries, every leader knew exactly how to use it.

(Vidhi- Age 26, Teju's best friend she belongs to a middle-class family, she was always bright student in schools and colleges with the help of scholarship she studied In Mumbai's best college & Business School where they both met and became best friends. They both completed their junior college, Engineering and MBA together. She's the single daughter. Vidhi's parents always adore their friendship & thankful to God for giving the daughters best friend like Teju. Even TP & TM Loves Vidhi like their own Daughter. Even TP told her not to call him sir, but she says its professional place I will always address you by Sir. She is very close to Teju & always there for her in every Situation. She is very Hardworking, Professional & Disciplined when it comes to her work.)

As the elevator doors opened, Teju stepped out briskly, heels clicking against the polished marble floor of the executive wing. Vidhi followed closely, holding a digital tablet and a file in her hand.

The glass door to Teju's cabin slid open, and both women entered. The cabin reflected Teju's personality sleek, modern, and meticulously organized, with a subtle touch of elegance.

Teju moved towards her chair, placing her bag on the side table.

Teju: "Let's start with the day, V. I need my coffee... and today's schedule."

Vidhi: (with a smile) "Here you go, TJ. The schedule is all set and your coffee is on the way. Also, we need to visit the factory today. There's an important meeting scheduled with the manufacturing team and the engineers."

Teju nodded, flipping through a file on her desk.

Teju: "Aaj do important meetings hai, aur haan — Mr. Raj ki file aur contract maine check kar liya hai, sign bhi kar diya. Bas ek baar tu bhi check kar lena."

Vidhi: "Okay, TJ. I'll go through it once more and forward it to the legal team."

Just then, the assistant walked in with a fresh cup of coffee, placing it gently on Teju's desk.

Teju leaned back, took a sip, and looked at the schedule on Vidhi's tablet a full day ahead, packed with decision-making and factory-level coordination. But she was ready. After all, leading from the front was what TJ did best.

At Kundrra Group of Companies

The atmosphere at Kundrra Group of Companies was electric. The entire office was bustling with energy a sense of urgency and importance filled the air. It was no ordinary day. As one of the top industrial powerhouses in India, today's Board Meeting held immense significance. Critical discussions on company strategy, performance reviews, and legal frameworks were scheduled to unfold behind closed doors.

Karan arrived at the office, dropped off at the grand main entrance by his driver. The moment he stepped inside, he was greeted with warm wishes from the receptionist and every employee he passed. Heads turned. Everyone acknowledged the presence of the man who played a pivotal role in the company's leadership.

Without breaking stride, Karan headed toward the private lift — a facility reserved for the top executives. The doors opened, and he ascended to the executive floor. As he stepped out, his manager approached him swiftly, wishing him, offering a crisp briefing on the day's tightly packed schedule while going toward his cabin.

The executive floor was a realm of its own — quiet, sleek, and powerful. Unlike the bustling lower floors, it housed only a few cabins, exclusively for the top-tier leadership: KK (CEO), Om (the Manager), KP and KP's Personal Assistant. After KP's retirement, his cabin stood locked a silent reminder of the legacy he left behind. His loyal PA had been transferred to the Delhi branch, leaving a void in the otherwise tight-knit leadership circle.

With the manager walking beside him, Karan made his way to his own cabin, mentally preparing for the day ahead — a day that could very well shape the future of the Kundrra Group of Companies

As Karan settled into his cabin, Om entered promptly with a leather folder in hand, his tone focused and businesslike.

Om- Good Morning Bhai.

KK- Good morning OM

Om- Today as you know our board meeting is there along with that, we have some paperwork to do. And one meeting at 4 pm with Mr. Kapoor.

KK- Okay. Send Mr. Shah Contract File I hope you've reviewed all the data and figures? and make sure you have go through the presentation for today's board meeting.

OM- Okay Bhai.

OM Singh Age- 26, Karan's Childhood Friend Brother. He Lost his brother when he in 12th. Karan was always there for Om after this Incident and Help him to come out from this. After Completing his graduation Karan Asked him to join his company. Om is really a great & hardworking Men. He always Consider Karan as his Real Elder Brother.

Karan & Om Started their Respective Work.

KP- Acha Thik hai. Mai mere Cabin mai hu. Tere Bhai ko bata de

Om- Thik hai, mai aapke liye Chai bhajta hu.

Om went into Karan's cabin to inform him about KP's arrival. Karan had a brief discussion with KP and Om regarding the meeting and the agenda that was to be presented to all the board members. After completing the discussion, they headed toward the conference room.

All the board members were present. The meeting went well—everything was discussed properly, and it concluded successfully. Everyone then left the room.

One of the board members, Mr. Sinha, who was also a friend of KP, came to meet him and personally invited KP and his family to his son's wedding reception. Mr. Sinha had also invited them to the wedding itself, but since it was a destination wedding, the Kundrra family was unable to attend.

Mr. Sinha- Satpal Yaar tu mere bete k saadhi mai tho nhi aaya. but kal Reception hai tho Tumhe, Bhabhi & Karan sab ko jarur aana hai.

KP- Ha Vijay mai Jarur aaunga aur tere Bhabhi ko bhi lekar aaunga.

At same time Karan came to KP's Cabin with some file.

Mr. Sinha- Karan Beta Kal Rahul Ki Wedding Reception hai tume Jarur aana hai.

Karan- Ji jarur Uncle. and Sorry Workload k vaja se Saadhi mai nhi aa paye.

Mr. Sinha- Thik hai beta, Acha Satpal Chalo mai chalta hu Aur Bhabhi ko mere Yaad dena. While Hugging KP. And Karan went & Touched his Feet & hugged him while saying Bye.

Karan & KP discussed & completed their Paperwork and after that KP late from Office.

Karan completed his Work & attended Meeting. And left from office at his Usual time.

After reaching home, he went to his room and changed into a comfortable T-shirt and trousers to freshen up & came down.

KP and KM were waiting for him for dinner. During the meal, KP told KM about Mr. Sinha's invitation and mentioned that they all would be going. After finishing dinner, he said good night to his mom and dad and went to sleep.
